However, certain assumptions about the Kodiak's capabilities can be made based solely on its known weapon load. A devastating Ultra 20 autocannon occupies the entire right side of its torso. Opposite the autocannon is a pair of Streak SRM 6 launchers. Combined, these weapons provide ample close-in firepower but lack the ammunition to fight an extended battle. Because the 'Mech is intended for garrison use close to supply lines, its designers probably regarded this drawback as negligible.
